OCTA wants to ensure it is providing efficient solutions for the transportation needs of Orange County’s residents, commuters and visitors. That’s why the agency is asking for bus riders to volunteer to participate in a customer roundtable to provide feedback on bus schedules and routes.
This roundtable focuses on service changes that were implemented in June, including the debut of the new limited-stop Bravo! service along Harbor Boulevard.
“We’re always looking to improve the service for our customers, and every service change provides an opportunity to speak with our riders,” OCTA Chairman Greg Winterbottom said. “We listened to our customers and added back in 60,000 service hours since the recession. Now, we want to know how we can further enhance their experience with OCTA buses.”
