OCTA continues to move toward a sustainable future by using replacement engines certified as near-zero-emissions by the California Air Resources Board.
Mid-year accomplishments include adopting the Comprehensive Business Plan and FY 21-22 budget, updating the Measure M Next 10 Plan, and expanding the College Pass Program, among others.
