OCTA is the proud recipient of the Horizon Cross Cultural Center’s Cultural Diversity Award. Horizon, formerly known as St. Anselm’s Cross Cultural Center, presented the award to OCTA at a ceremony on Friday, May 3 in acknowledgement of OCTA’s funding and support for Horizon programs and services that enrich the lives of Orange County’s diverse community.
Horizon has been enriching the lives of Orange County’s diverse community for more than thirty seven years by providing a wide variety of programs and services to immigrants and refugees. OCTA Community Transportation Services staff members have worked in partnership with Horizon on several transportation programs, including Federal Transit Administration grant programs, the Senior Mobility Program, and adult day health care transportation.
